Required Qualifications PhD degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a closely related discipline, with a focus on electrochemical energy storage or solid-state materials. Strong background in electrochemical testing and analysis, including hands-on experience with electrochemical workstations (e.g., galvanostatic cycling, cyclic voltammetry, EIS, GITT/PITT). Demonstrated experience in materials synthesis relevant to solid-state batteries and/or electrocatalysis, such as: Solid-state synthesis, sol–gel, hydrothermal/solvothermal methods Sulfide/oxide electrolyte preparation Composite cathode or interlayer fabrication Solid knowledge of solid–solid and solid–liquid interfacial chemistry, particularly: Sulfur–solid electrolyte interfaces Interfacial reactions, space-charge layers, and chemo-mechanical instability Interphase formation and degradation mechanisms Proficiency in advanced materials characterization, including
