Section 2: Research Interests and Grants
• Formulation study and prodrug development on poorly-water soluble APIs (BCS II & IV), e.g., nanocrystals, nanoemulsions, solid dispersion, etc., for oral, topical, and injection routes;
• Topical delivery of poorly-water soluble drugs to treat skin and lung diseases;
• Develop zebrafish visual model with fluorescent technology (e.g., FRET) to study transport, circulation, elimination, immunogenicity, toxicity, bioactivity (e.g., cancer, PD) of APIs, excipients, and nanoparticles
